Privacy

Idollion has no accounts. A random browser identifier, not your name or email, lets you resume today's chart.

What is stored

Your settings, lightstick, photocards and a copy of your history stay in your browser. The server stores your random identifier, the date, the answers you typed, your scores and round timing in a Cloudflare D1 database, so the daily chart and friend comparisons work. Clearing your browser storage removes the local copy and the identifier.

How answers are used

Answers from finished daily charts are counted to compare scores between players and to adjust how rare each answer is. Practice games are excluded. There are no analytics or advertising scripts.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosts the site and database.
